I started coonhunting when I was 7 years old I started out just being the gun carrier or on nights we didn't bring it I just walked along. As I got older I started to help my dad handle the dogs. . We had quite a few nice dogs just never really hunted ukc. In 2000 we got our Rebel dog our of Mike Trevis' Grntch and his Roxie do. He treed his first coon at 4 months old. He has never had a trash probley and is a complete coondog. We have been offered good amounts of money for him But he was our first complete coondog. He had everything we wanted in a dog. Before long, we got the other piece to the puzzle in our NT CH Tom dog. He is a very nice coondog and has been a pleasure to have. Now in the last couple months we have gotten a male and female pup. The male " outlaw " is starting to get hunted and shows signs of a great track dog, he still is a pup and will progess a lot but we see a lot of potential in him. The female "diamond" hasn't been out yet at 5 months old. They will be our competition hopes next year. Overal I would say we are pleased with what we have, we know we can put up the big scores or like anyone have a bad night, win or lose we are in the coonhunting sport for fun!
